Myrrh stimulates the production of white blood corpuscles and is an effective anti-microbial agent. It finds specific use in the treatment of infections in the mouth such as mouth ulcers, gingivitis, phyorrhoea, as well as the catarrhal problems of pharyngitis and sinusitis.
